Project Breakdown
Our priority was to make this project not feel like a regular Home Owner's Association website. We wanted to capture the feel of owning a home and living in the Lowcountry. Also, it was important that we displayed the factors that make Coastal such a great team like their accessibility, their concern for their homeowners, and their drive for greater community.

Logo Design
Simple and stylistic. The lighthouse is representative of the lighthouse on Hunting Island, a well-known beach in the Lowcountry.
A modern and highly contrasting color palette help to bring this website to life. The client provided various pictures they had taken of Lowcountry life to help tie this site together. Quick and constant access to an owner login help users to find what they are looking for quickly.
